Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy


SIZE OF PLANTS

FS - flowering size. Ready to flower stage, plants already bloomed or have spikes.
BS - blooming size. Plants are ready to bloom, but did not produce spikes yet.
NBS - near blooming size. After 6-12 months the plants will be in mature stage ready to bloom when the environment is suitable for flowering.
S - seedling. It requires 1-3 years, depends of genera, for the first flower.

PAYMENTS

OrchidsDeluxe now offers you the convenience of online payment:

1. Via Ideal, credit card, Giro Pay, Mister Cash or Direct eBanking.
2. Via bank transfer.
3. Cash payment at pickup. Cash payment is only possible upon pickup at our greenhouse.

Shipping costs incl packaging and handling, excl Phytosanitary and CITES or import duties.

Shipping Netherlands: € 8.00 (Summer rate)
Shipping Zone 1: Belgium, Germany, Poland: € 10.00 (Summer rate)
Shipping Zone 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden - € 20,00 (Summer rate).
Shipping Zone 3: Canary Island, Denmark, United Kingdom - €25,00 (Summer rate)
Shipping Zone 4: Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, Switzerland: €30,00 (Summer rate)

Order above €300 we ship free of charge.

If you did not find your county, please contact us.

We do not ship to USA, Canada, Australia.

Order ships by DHL Monday, Tuesday (for international shipment). Sometimes it might take 1 week or longer to get plants in moss dry enough for shipping. We ship plants till -5C in special protected packaging. If the temperature goes bellow, the shipping will be postponed till acceptable temperature condition. Accessories can be shipped at any weather conditions.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If the incorrect address is given, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address. You are advised to contact us immediately if you make a mistake with your delivery address by replying on order confirmation as once an item is shipped the address cannot be amended.
We are not obligated for any damage or lost of goods caused by extra delivery time to incorrect address or redirecting orders by costomers.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to your complete satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied or if there is a difference with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail. We will then provide you with further instructions.

1. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us, if reclamation has been sent within 3 days after delivery. The maximum refund of shipping costs is same as your Zone rate and can not be more. You will need to provide copy of shipping bill to receive refunding. Please contact us with your order number and our customer service will help you .

2. You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, not repotted, without any manipulations done, with all tags attached. Else they will be returned back to you.

3. If for any reason you need to change or return under the reason of "Unlike", the cost of delivery will be deducted from the total product price.

4. There are no returns, refusals or refunds for Sale and Special orders.


EXCHANGE

1. We accept exchanges within 24 hours of the original date of delivery of the order. If you would like to exchange items, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the new product.

2. You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, not repotted, without any manipulations done, with all tags attached. Else they will be returned back to you.

3. We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable .
